Stoopid Computer!!

hey everyone, sorry for no post yesterday but my computer has decided to become stoopid & annoying!! It keeps crashing randomly and sometimes turning back on and sometimes not, then beeping at me!!!
Anyways my fickle computer is letting me on now but the internet is being uber-slow so i'll make this a quick post:
Brekkie was some yummy cooked apple (it was just a little burnt which made it taste caramelized and delicious!) with a dollop of sunflower seed butter on top, so good!
Then at lunch I made pumpkin hummus, which completley rocked! It was simple cause mum had already made homemade normal hummus, all i did was mash in some pumpkin. But boy did it make all the difference! It was so good like a sweet hummus, I dipped carrots & snowpeas in it and it was perfection. On the side I had a little homemade cheeze from BJ's Yummy Vegan Recipes which was very tasty too.
Okay i'm off, hopefully my darn computer will let me back on in the morning to read all you lovely ladies posts
oh and by the way on the running front i did 5 days straight of my 30minute jog/walk combo the gave myself two days off and just did a little yoga, i'm back on again tomorrow so i'm excited! Should you increase how much you run in week two or go slower than that??
have a fabulous day
xo

Congrats on doing your jog 5 days running :) Your eats are yummy! Sorry about your computer :( Must be the weather :P This week my printer died, my dryer died, my tv blew up tonight and my cat got sick. Ugh. Hope your computer starts behaving!

I still really need to try sunflower seed butter, it sounds so good. I have never had pumpkin hummus before but it sounds amazingly delicious!

Hope your computer starts working normally again ... and have a wonderful Tuesday, girl! : )

Awesome eats, I love the idea for pumpkin hummus. But then anything pumpkin is amazing.

My laptop is the same way. It won't connect to the internet for more than 3 minutes and it always heats up to high and turn off! ARG!!

Amazing eats! I love the pumpkin hummus idea. And oh, I saw sunflower seed butter at Trader Joe's the other day and I shall buy some as soon as I run out of one of my 2 jars of PB!

apples + sunbutter = mmmmmmm! and i need to try pumpkin hummus, it sounds really awesome!

nice job on running/walking combo - that rocks! if you find your legs are sore/tired try moving your "off days" in between some "on" days. like i run tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays - take a full break on mondays, and on sundays & wednesdays i do weight lifting at the gym. this way my legs have a chance to rest in between my runs (i currently run 3 miles 2 times a week & 6-7 miles once a week). oh yeah, i was gonna say - if you're do'n that cool walking/running combo you may want to increase how long you run within the 30 minutes. let's say you currently run for 2 minutes and walk for 1 minute. try running for 3 minutes and walking for 1 minute this week. i actually followed this program when i first started running & i looooved it! it totally helped me run!

about the running..im definetly no expert but ive read that if you just aim to do what you can and try go that little bit extra each week to progress in your ability..even its its just adding on an extra minute to ur daily run every week. sounds like ur doing great :)

I hope your computer gets its act together soon! Your brekky and lunch both look delicous. Want to move to Townsville and cook for me?

I'm no runner, but I've heard a lot of good things about the couch to 10k program. You can google it, but it is a 10 week plan on how to get into it. I want to try it, but I need to buy runners first!

haha- for Lost, Kate got off the Island and Sawyer is still there. She was sort of trying to be with Jack off the island but it didn't work. They're going back to the island and I'm sure she'll get back with Sawyer. Not complicated at all ;)
